Site Supervisors
Part-time position – Weeknights 5-10pm Weekends 8am-10pm
Site supervisor will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of 4Peaks Athletic Center ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for participants and staff. They are responsible for a range of tasks including facility safety, staff supervision, event coordination, and facility oversight. They will act as a point of contact for staff, participants, and visitors ensuring safe and efficient operations of 4Peaks Athletic Center.
Scoreboard Operators
Part-time position – Weeknights 5-10pm Weekends 8am-10pm
Scoreboard operators are responsible for accurately displaying game information such as scores, time, and statistics on a scoreboard during basketball games. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work under pressure to maintain real time updates. They also troubleshoot minor technical issues and collaborate with site supervisor to ensure smooth operation.

Head Coach
Full-time position – Weekdays 2-10pm Weekends 8am-10pm
As a Head Trainer, you will lead a team of coaches in on-court training to develop and implement basketballprogramming strategies that ultimately grow facility revenue for personal training, camps and clinics in addition to other special programming. Be the spark that inspires someone to take their training to the next level and grow their love of the game. This individual will also be asked to establish a fun, safe, healthy, and community-focused culture that delivers high participant satisfaction and achieves maximum profitability.
Floor Coaches
Part-time position – Weeknights 2-10pm Weekends 8am-10pm
Floor coaches must be able to assist athletes in skill development on court, run equipment in the facility, administer Official Recruiting Visits, take general phone calls, and act in a Customer Service role. This position will primarily work in the areas of basketball coaching and training, in addition to aiding in membership acquisition and retention efforts.
